I found this while searching for Febreeze. I haven't used this stuff in years, but I remember liking it. I relied on this product because it is natural. My mistake is that I didn't pay attention to the size. When it arrived and in a much smaller bottle than I expected I was a bit disappointed due to the price. Then I tried spraying it and the sprayer didn't work. I squeezed it about 20 times and finally broke it. I decided that I would end up pouring it into another bottle. Like OG Frebreeze when I used the last bit. This seller sent an email, as sellers always do, and I explained what happened. They sent me a new pump, it arrived promptly and it works. Now that I've tried it, I find that I don't have to spray much, so the bottle size is actually perfect. Excellent product, pleasant smell, attentive seller. I'm glad I bought it!
