NO INFORMATION!: Equipment for heavy and commercial vehicles

The description above says stop, turn the rear. it's not a twist. I wired it up as a high level brake/tail light. When I turn on the turn signal, everything flashes. all is well. It's very bright and should let the idiots know I'm turning or slowing down.
