TO: PAUL D. What other parts do you need? When I put a lightbulb in my TV (SONY) like I did once or twice a year. The picture was dark and I pulled it out 6 times in the same day and it didn't work. The picture is so dark that the picture adjustment set to the maximum possible brightness still does not produce a clear picture. The lamp is defective. This happened a few years ago before I started buying my lightbulbs from you guys. Thanks, but the one I recently bought doesn't work. I bought a few so when they come out I'll have one on hand to reinstall. This time the bulb failed and I had to remove it and would like to swap it for a new one. March 26th was the last day to return but because of this virus threat I just found out it's closed last night March 30th. You may not have replied to me because of the pandemic. I need to replace this lightbulb as it never worked. When are you going to replace that lightbulb that never worked? Or should I call Amazon?
