Product arrived clearly used, no protective film, the plastic wrap was torn and then tied in a knot and the shorts were just crumpled inside - you didn't even have to touch them. ! Getting more and more frustrated as this is becoming more and more common - I paid for a new product and am really disgusted to receive one that is clearly someone's return :-(
