I won them on a lightning deal and wanted to treat myself. My eyes looked tired and swollen. I've never tried an eye mask before so I figured what the heck and the price is right. I kept them in the fridge and they were nice and cold when I put them on. They're like stretchy jelly, but they can be moved and won't tear or tear. After a minute they started tingling but were cool so I agreed. I've never had anything like this in mind, so I wanted to see what the outcome would be. They're not sticky, just wet. They come in a sachet of clear liquid and just seem to cling to your face. Once they were on my face for a few minutes the pads warmed up and the tingling was more of a mild burn I guess but I kept them. within about 25 minutes. I'm tired of my eyes looking so swollen. I added before and after photos. The skin under my eyes softened after removing the gold pads and the slight burning/tingling sensation stopped. I didn't notice any change after wearing it. I may have to try this more than once. UPDATE: Support contacted me and apologized that the product didn't meet my expectations. They refunded me the product and offered to try their other product for free. I appreciate their proactive customer service and their willingness to make sure I'm taken care of. Their customer service was very responsive.
