The best part is that they are very fast in responding to our queries which helps us keep up with time management for projects as well as making sure we have an idea of what's going on at all times.
It would be nice if there was more transparency when it comes to billing or payment methods (i know this may sound like a bad thing but i think its only fair). I wish their team could understand things better so maybe then communication can improve too! They make great use of Agile methodology where you get feedback from your customer early in the process as opposed to waiting until after completion before getting any updates.
