The seller said that I can check the goods and they will refund the purchase price. Of course they wanted a good rating. I asked what happens if I can't write a good review because there is a problem and they said they would fix it or send a replacement. It seemed reasonable. When I got it, the first thing I noticed was that 2 of the 3 USB ports seemed almost impossible to plug anything into. I connected my phone to the USB C passthrough. The device itself turned off for a moment and the remaining USB port did not work. USB-C Passport doesn't work either. I informed the company and they offered me a replacement. While waiting for a replacement, the video went to a blue screen a minute after I turned on the computer. I've tried several times with the same results. I have received a replacement. All the USB ports were easier to plug in, but the ethernet port didn't work. This pretended to work, but it didn't work at all with IPV4. When I contacted the company about the second device, they didn't answer. This leads me to believe that this poor quality product is common and they don't want to do anything about it. I am returning the item.
