Disappointed with the quality. Today I received 2 junior size bottles in pink. 1. Bottle unwrapped: Small piece of stainless steel chipped off, showing black surface beneath surface. 2nd bottle: the rim is also scratched, but not as deep as the 1st bottle (black bottom surface is not visible) I chose a bottle with stainless steel lines to avoid such plastic leaching / leaching problems, so by itself Needless to say, I am the first buyer to be disappointed with this product. I gave it 3 stars as I can't judge its performance but the pink color is very pretty. UPDATE: Stellar Customer Service! The seller contacted me about my concerns above and promptly sent me a new bottle, stating that this is not common. Things don't always go perfectly, but how the problem is solved matters! Of course, the company maintains the quality of its products and values its customers. I've had time to use this bottle and it does exactly what it says on the tin. Keeps drinks cold for at least 12 hours without ice cubes! My kids use these bottles including my 15 month old toddler with drinking straw (needs help to lift spout) and drinks stay fresh and cool at daycare. 2 lids to choose from: stainless steel screw cap and straw lid with spout. (Children's thermos/foogos only provide a straw lid). Very easy to clean. DURABLE - No dents/scratches after being dropped. Pretty pink color. Overall very happy with the purchase.
