Review on Opinel No 6 Folding Peeler Outdoor by Joseph Whiteman

Revainrating 5 out of 5

qualitative. - Knives & Tools

If you've ever bought an Opinel knife, you know the quality of these knives. This knife is just as good and way better than many knives on the market that don't fold. .I really like the locking ring that Opinel uses and this peeler has it. This is a very handy addition to any camp kitchen if you're bringing in potatoes or anything else that needs peeling. I started doing something many, many years ago. To lighten my backpack (back then we didn't have affordable "freeze-dried" foods), I started planting heirloom seeds in places I've traveled through or camped through. I don't know the legality but I have many places to eat in the forest without gathering much food. There are spares in case I lose one or someone likes mine enough to "borrow" it without asking.
