Just What I Needed on my review.
The only negative about this product is the poor translation and limited instructions within the user manual.a common problem with Chinese products. As for the device itself, it's very good quality and does exactly what it is intended to do. For that reason, I didn't deduct any stars from my review. I recommended this product to other family members who complain of sore necks from computer/smart phone over-use.
- Don’t know if I could tell a huge difference but overall really enjoy using it in my yoga sessions.
