This bag is ideal as a handbag/briefcase. All my everyday things fit in one compartment and my Mac in the back compartment. Interior pockets are great for storing small items like keys, work badges, sunglasses and pens. The front pocket makes it easy to store your mask and phone. I usually carry a backpack style bag so my hands are free and it's difficult to access the back zip pocket. I have never found a use for this bag. I say it's almost perfect because I'd like to have open side pockets for my phone. I haven't worn this crossbody style but the backpack and tote style is very functional. This bag looks and feels expensive but is budget friendly.
