Bought this for my 27 inch Acer XG270HU monitor. When I bought the monitor it was the only 144hz monitor that fit the budget but with the downside of not having a VESA mount. I didn't like other universal VESA converters with external mounts. Stumbled upon this and it looked like a custom solution for the XG270HU. I was skeptical but decided to give it a try. Installation wasn't that easy, mainly because it was difficult to remove the standard stand from the monitor (this wasn't an issue with this product, but rather the way the monitor was mounted). built as a whole). I would suggest you get someone to help you install it and it wobbles a bit until you tighten the stabilizer bar. But after you tighten everything, it is very stable. I installed it on the North Bayou F80 arm and after the first adjustments I am satisfied with its stability. The top stabilizer - although it only partially touches the monitor - goes a long way to virtually eliminating any wobble. Fair warning on installation (not a problem with this product): I managed to cut my finger trying to remove the standard bracket from the XG270HU. So be careful out there.
