The product installed on the roof and aimed at the TV antennas all about 30 miles or less away. He considered the given radius of 60 miles to be sufficient. Was able to receive all the channels I expected in about a week. Now every time I rescan there are 2. They were returned for a few days and then lost again. Wrote to company support, no answer. Obviously not very happy with this product considering it's more expensive than other options. My wife thought this one looked better than all the other flashy antennas, so we went with it. Is anyone else facing this problem? Any good tips on how to solve it? I tried almost everything I could find on the internet. The antenna doesn't seem to pick up all the channels reliably as it should.
