The ability to connect with colleagues around the world without actually having to be in the same room really helped us when we were working remotely during our Covid response.

Having so many different ways to communicate made it easy to keep everyone engaged and informed throughout the whole process! I wish there was an option to have multiple users involved at once though - perhaps more than two people could join simultaneously? It's useful to have a reliable way of keeping all members of the team updated about key developments or deadlines.
