New settings are not written on the radio

Love the radio but customer service seems non existent, every time I write on the radio the new settings are not saved on the radio when I read the data from the radio , it shows the radio settings By default, the internet doesn't help me find the answers I need. I have Windows 10, I don't know if this is the problem or not.
