The app interface for sending messages via mobile or desktop has been designed nicely with an option that allows me create my own templates so I can send multiple emails at once very efficiently without having too many pop-ups open! It's easy enough even if you're not technical proficient - there are tutorials available online which walk users through how it works step by stage (no more being stuck when something doesn't work!).

For anyone who needs/wants their communications kept private but want ease & speed as well then this might be worth checking out because they have excellent customer service support team should any issues arise during setup etc., plus no contracts either way i'm happy paying month aftermonth since its such value adding features compared other services like Gmail Pro where contract fees apply regardless what volume used each year / per quarter! Sending confidential documents around internally within our business using shared drive folder structure only accessible from certain IP.
