Okay, but there is a possibility of bending
Not good for my application. The total length of the HDMI cable head and this adapter is quite long. The result is a very long lever. Mini-HDMI is a small interface. In combination with the long arm, the adapter can be bent very easily. This wouldn't be a huge problem if connected to something like a fixed monitor, but since most devices that use mini-HDMI are portable, they have to deal with a more open environment. I have a portable monitor and my adapter bent after a few months. I ordered an alternative with a flex cable between the mini HDMI port and the regular HDMI input. Fingers crossed.
