As a nurse, a new mother with a baby and a pregnant woman, it was all a wonderful present for me! I'm not going to lie and say it's as good as a real massage from my husband or a spa stay, but it definitely does the job after a long day on your feet. I especially love the compression aspect with warmth and just wish it went down to my ankles and calves. haha I need to buy a full body massage chair! The different pressure settings are good and I also really like that the liners slide out so I can wash them individually. If you want to treat yourself, this is definitely a nice little purchase that won't break the bank and lets you relax after a long day. Add a good glass of wine (or sparkling wine in my case 😂) and a warm blanket, done 👌👌👌.
