Instruction manual missing

Quality product with some imperfections. First, the user manual was written by someone who doesn't speak English. The instructions were confusing and difficult to understand. You'll have to use trial and error to get the hang of it. Second, the heads are difficult to load and remove from the razor. Once you get past those blockages, the razor will do a great job of trimming.
