MMOBIEL iPad 2 Digitizer Glass Assembly had everything I needed to replace the cracked screen on my iPad! My kids' iPad was badly cracked and I started researching how to replace the glass myself. I knew how difficult it was, but I decided to give it a try and hope for the best. This was the FIRST time I changed the glass myself! The included instructions are very basic but the photos are good. I used these instructions along with a couple of YouTube videos that I studied. The tools are very well designed with sharp, thin beveled edges that slide easily between the glass and frame. There's a guitar pick that holds the glass sections up so it doesn't reattach as you walk. The included screwdriver has a magnetic tip that makes screwing in the tiny LCD screen much easier. To open the lock on the LCD connector, I used my own small flathead screwdriver. Other tools weren't subtle enough to unlock it. The glass is carefully stored in a specially designed plastic tray and the glass is covered with a protective film on both sides. I've read previous reviews saying the glue didn't fit, but I have no problem with the glue. The film on the adhesive was difficult to remove because it was difficult to see. The beveled bezel suits the iPad fairly well, and I noticed that the cutout for the home button was large and moved to the right. It gave the impression that it was cut wrong and the manufacturer cut more to compensate. But that doesn't matter, you don't see it and it doesn't bother you at work. The glass sticks firmly to the frame and the glue stays in place. I turned it on right away, hoping I did everything right, and I felt utterly relieved that I had successfully done it! This was the perfect complete kit for beginners! I am very happy that it was a great success! Thanks for watching!
