Size up....! the best in my rating
My daughter is slowly transitioning to a size 7 as she usually wears 6/6x but I figured she might grow on this. NO. She had a short leg so we went back and fitted her a size 8. She didn't want to take it off. Reviews that it is very soft are true. It looks like a knitted stretch knit fabric. I love it when we're the right size.
