I like everything about this system from its ease of use to how well it integrates with all other applications we have running here at work (including Sharepoint). The interface is very easy for new users as most people these days are familiarized or comfortable using computers in general so that's not an issue either! We do benefit greatly by having our infrastructure managed through them though which has allowed us access into areas usually only attainable if you know someone there already - such things include network monitoring via SNMP etc., hardware replacements/updates where appropriate & patch management too :) Not much really but they provide some great benefits including getting alerts when something goes wrong without needing me personally checking each thing myself every day :D All systems go down occasionally even their own ones!! And sometimes those alert emails can be difficultly read due certain circumstances ewchh.
