This product has taught me to read 1 star reviews before buying instead of just looking at the average rating. The product received good reviews so I went ahead and understandably. I made sure to charge it for a few hours before using it. The first use was great, it had a lot of horsepower and the coarse head was very efficient. I then charged it and used it a second time a few days later. However, after charging and trying to use it again about a week later, the power bar only showed 20% and all power was gone, even on the highest settings. Even the slightest pressure turns it off. It turned back on but I was never able to use it like I used to when I could press hard and it worked fine. service address and described my problem and gave my order number. They gave the same standard advice of holding the power button for 3 seconds to reset it, which didn't work for me because the device turned on, and the 3 second reset was when the device did NOT turn on at all. When I told them it wasn't working, there was radio silence. Never heard from them again although I emailed 3 more times to see if they would do anything. As after careful checking on my part I never got any reply from them, I sent the product back and gave it 1 star. Maybe some of the other people who got it and gave it rave reviews actually got a good device that worked more than twice. for them, but if you depend on rolling the dice to see if you have a good machine or a bad one, then I would recommend just looking for another more reliable product. It's especially bad when the vendor seems to have good customer service by responding to negative comments here, but ultimately doesn't help when you have a truly broken device. Save yourself some time and do something else.
