I had an issue with this product but I think it deserves 5 stars because my issue was getting a paw print from my dog's ticklish paw. It was difficult for me to get an impression without smearing - she didn't stand still, but on the first try she fell when she saw me with a block. I got a solid cast on the fifth try, so it's really reusable. The hardest part was lifting the paw off the pad immediately after pressing. I think the baby will cooperate better, besides, the baby has no claws to worry about. Good product, great gift. I recommend it.
