Customer Experience Program Helping Our Business

The best thing about customer brand loyalty program,it's ability to generate more revenue for our organization as it helps us in tracking all clients who have bought things form our store since its inception till date. It also help us calculate what percentage we are losing due to unsold inventory.I think that this platform should include additional features like discount coupons etc so customers don't feel shy while using their credit card through such platforms.We plan to launch different campaigns every month where people will buy certain items only if they see them being used first time within one week after purchase hence increasing sales considerably. It has helped me to build relationships with my customers, it's easy to use and I like how it integrates with other platforms such as Mailchimp. The only thing that I dislike about this tool is that sometimes it doesn't integrate well with other tools (MailChimp) so if you're looking for a one stop shop, then this might not be the right fit for you. We have been able to create a more personal relationship with our customers and we've seen a huge increase in sales since we started using this tool.
