Remember the 80's when gels were the most popular shoes. but they were terrible for your feet because they wouldn't let your skin breathe and caused all kinds of blisters and rashes? Yes, this adorable band is basically a pair of gels for your wrist! I've been wearing it for a day and I've already had issues with the rubber sticking to my skin and irritation! I had to wiggle it up and down my wrist, and every time it was like getting up from a vinyl chair in my shorts. Don't even think about sleeping in it! In fact it was so annoying that I couldn't sleep, I had to take it off in the middle of the night! I would not recommend this band for long term wear. maybe half a day or a short time, even if you need a beautiful band, but for long-term use, I will not wear it anytime soon!
