We followed the process as instructed on the box and had a good time with the eggs and foam. The gloves are too big for little hands so we just let our daughter use plastic bags to protect her from the paint. We also applied both foam and glitter to a baking sheet which was a mess - the glitter is very good and sticks everywhere! I recommend putting some glue on your fingers and slipping the egg into the glitter bag and just coating it like that - less mess and more even coverage. The end result looks just like it did on the packaging and our daughter loved it.
