Whilst I think these jars are great the clever packaging resulted in one of the jars being broken about 3 minutes after receipt and then an hour was spent recovering the broken jar to clean. Wise advice - ask a friend to help you open this product. A pair of hands is not enough. Two cans are stacked together at each end of a protective carton that protects the cans well during transportation. To unwrap a can, you must unwrap or unwrap the box on one side, but be careful not to unwrap the other side. If you have a second pair of hands to hold one side together while you unwrap the other, you're fine. Using a pair of hands, the side you're not working with can be untangled while you try to pull out the other can. An unattended glass can then fall out of the box onto the granite countertop and shatter, throwing shards of glass all over you, the counter, the two dogs at your feet, the kitchen and dining area. Trust me, ask a friend to help unpack so you can enjoy all 4 new glasses instead of 3! EDIT: After reading my review, the seller contacted me and immediately sent me another glass to replace the broken one. Excellent customer service!
