I come from an old Logitech M510. The finish of this Surface Mouse is the same as other Surface products, but I have a few issues: 1. The edge under the mouse is not smooth and drags behind the mat, causing fatigue.2. The thumb rest is too high above the surface and at a sharp right angle - uncomfortable for long periods.3. The wheel has no side clicks to scroll.4. The mouse clicks a little hard and loud (but not that hard).5. Sometimes the mouse twitches when trying to move to the right place on the screen - it's tiring. But it could be an RF interference problem. I ended up buying a new M510 which I am using now.
