Does not work with 238 volts!
I can't get this hour meter to 238 VAC (two hot wires). The packaging states that the meter operates on 100-250 VAC. When I connect it to 120V AC the meter works fine. When I connect a voltmeter to the wires going to the meter, it reads 238 VAC, but the hour meter doesn't work. The hour meter is wired in parallel with the wires from the pressure switch to my air compressor motor. A NOTICE. This is the second hour meter I've bought. I thought the first one was just defective. Dissatisfied!
