I bought this as a swimsuit cape for a vacation to the Caribbean. It is exactly what you see in the picture and perfect for this use. The printed skirt is cropped and cut quite high so you won't be wearing it alone. I received several compliments while on vacation and found it easy to put on and take off. My only complaint about this use is that the sheer fabric can stick to wet feet, but that's probably true of many fabrics. I would definitely buy it again and will probably use it for many years. The quality is really good.
