The black tips disappear after fluffing up making it look all white, good fit and quality.
Good quality, correct lining. I was dismayed at first because some areas of the white fur had black tips and I needed an all white hat, but don't worry. Once you open the bag and fluff it up so they don't get squeezed, it ends up looking completely white and more like real fur. costume, so it's probably perfect without the wig.
