While some clumps of cat urine appear to be a little more prone to decomposition than other clumps of cat litter when removed from the litter box, the smell undoubtedly puts them first. It has a clean, natural walnut shell smell, no harsh perfume masquerading as fresh, nor a chemical odor stemming from supposedly odorless fillers circulating throughout the home. Cats usually go outside, but whenever a situation arises where I have to keep one of them always at home with a litter box, after much experience over the years I will only use this litter. If it's not available, then I'll buy a bag of mother earth. I can't stand the rest, including natural corn cobs/husks made under the same brand and by other manufacturers.
