Excellent quality

Good quality and my daughter loves the pockets and says it's the 'perfect pinwheel dress'. My daughter normally wears a size 6 but my daughter's size chart called for a size 5. I read reviews that it ran small so I went for a size 6/7. It was definitely big, but we made it. I recommend focusing on the size grid.
