My position as a product manager in the health and wellness market led me to have very high hopes for the Wattne online store. Unfortunately, my interactions with this organization did not live up to my expectations in any way. It was a letdown to discover, after placing an order for their massage pistol, that the device did not live up to the qualities that were advertised for it. It was not as powerful as other models I have used, and it gave the impression that it was made of flimsy material. In addition, the attachments were not firmly connected, therefore they came off while the product was being used. In addition, the experience of using the customer support was below average. When I reached out to their team with questions and concerns about the product, the responses I received were generic and did not address the questions or concerns I had specifically raised. It was quite evident that the crew responsible for providing customer support was not knowledgeable about the things they were marketing. In general, despite the fact that there is room for development, I do not advise people working in the health and wellness field to purchase products from the Wattne online store. It is difficult to trust this firm as a reputable source for high-quality health and wellness items due to the lack of clarity in their product descriptions as well as the mediocre quality of their products.
