I was skeptical about ordering refilled cartridges but my mom is in the high demand design industry and has been saving money on refills for years. The cartridges arrived well protected in thoughtful packaging - not wasteful or environmentally unfriendly, just durable and attractive - offering a better way to store cartridges until needed than the plastic packaging that an HP cartridge comes in. The cartridges are exactly as pictured. Black lasted a couple of months, for several prints, only now it's running out. So far all cartridges have been used sufficiently to show that they deliver high quality prints of the same quality as HP cartridges. Attention! The first week we had new cartridges, after I installed black and then magenta, when I had to install yellow the printer suddenly gave an error saying something was wrong with the cartridge and refused to print until it was replaced by another brand has been replaced . . DO NOT PRESS LIKE ME I posted a review addressing this issue but MIROO emailed me immediately to let me know that this is an intentional error by HP to discourage you from Use third-party cartridges. The MIROO representative said you should remove the cartridge, turn off the printer, reinstall and try again. The message disappeared, there was no real problem and the printer has continued to print successfully with all MIROO cartridges ever since. - and will continue to use them in the future.
