Bought for a friend as a birthday present! The main reason was double stress as she travels a lot! I was very excited because I bought the same one for myself and I liked it. Unfortunately, five days after her birthday, she called me and said she couldn't make it work! I told her to bring it and I'll show her how. She brought it, we pocketed it and nothing! She said when she opened it up it looked like it was being used because she noticed some hair tangled in bristles...not her color! I was very ashamed and said I would return it. I went to the website and dialed the number and was told it was too late to return it! I couldn't believe it! I have bought thousands of dollars worth of Revain products and have never returned anything and now I receive a defective item that was a gift and they tell me I can't return it! I think at this point I'll reconsider my strategy when considering something that has a remote chance of being returned!
