Doesn't fit perfectly but works and sounds great. So I'll go through every detail so you know what you're buying. MidPipe - the factory metal sleeve is too thick (throw away). I cut open a soda can and wrapped it around the pressure tube. A strip of the can leaves an easy game, two strips are two thicknesses. I left a gap and only hand tightened the screw to align the can. Maybe - the bolt and slider that come with the kit are too short. Reuse the factory nut and bolt. Springs - The springs on the can and center tube do not match. After the center tube and box are aligned, the fasteners on the box point north and south, and the fasteners on the center tube point east and west. So I used the bottom hook mount and the inside hook mount on the middle tube. I was able to stretch the other spring but that looks crappy, also the can doesn't move or rattle when the can screw and cap screw are tight. Sound - well, if you have a 250R you know how quiet they are. I removed the DB killer and it bounced around a lot and lagged a little under acceleration. The sound is very loud, I mean, bordering on unbearably loud. So I put the DB killer back in and it's still loud enough to hear while driving. So clap without falling behind. In general - this exhaust is worth the money. It's clean, sounds great, and is very easy to install. I didn't smell the burning smell that others have noticed and after installing it today I rode the bike for 2 hours straight. I pulled over and my CBR team couldn't believe it was just a silencer I made. Other than the lack of alignment I have with my bike, this is an amazing exhaust.
