Have 28 white stripes. The strips are designed to remove stains and whiten teeth. The product contains 6% hydrogen peroxide. Application: Simply peel off the teeth whitening strip and stick it on the teeth. Leave on for 20-30 minutes once a day for 14 days; or twice a day for 7 days for faster results. The strips are a bit slippery. The product shows noticeable results after just one treatment. Please don't forget, I've always been blessed with beautiful teeth. There has been a slight discoloration over the years. This product was easily removed. I say this because when your teeth are at their worst you may need to do 2 times a day to see results. FYI, you may need to buy more. In general I like it.
