Review on Thigh Compression Sleeve Adjustable Hamstring by Marcus Akram

Revainrating 4 out of 5

10 stars for design, fit, comfort and performance but sleeve material is flimsy

I suffered a very bad injury to the quadriceps muscle of my left leg after a recent accident and have tried almost all types of support braces and compression cuff. I'll spare you the reasons why most of them failed and why this one worked best for me. As a side note, I'm a veteran runner and am no stranger to almost all types of sprains, tears and hamstring/quad sprains, but I've never experienced anything like this before. I would rate this ten stars based on design, fit, comfort and performance. For reference, I am a 5ft 3in, 117lb woman with skinny legs. I measured my legs to get the right size (19 1/2 inches at the top of the thigh and 14 inches across the circumference of the knee) and ordered a medium size. Doesn't fall off when walking although it doesn't have a rubber lining . Three elastic bands allow me to control exactly where and how much compression I need for each part of the injury. Oh how I wish I had that when I tore my hamstring. This brace is as close to perfection as I've never seen before, so why only four stars? The material of the case is kinda flimsy and flimsy, when it gets on the velcro the threads snap, it's not very durable and can hardly withstand a single injury, but I like it so much I'd buy another one if that If sleeve material was thicker and more streamlined I would be over the moon and give it a five star rating, but I think 4 1/2 stars is right. It really is excellent in almost every way and I heartily recommend it. ** If you found this review helpful, please take a moment and click the button below to report it to Revain. Thank you 😊 **
