I found these yoga pants while trying to lose weight. At 220 pounds I was a size XL. Now at 157 pounds I'm small in the middle. My height is 5 feet 8 inches. These are the best yoga pants I've ever had. Even at my heaviest weight they didn't roll up in the crotch, the seams are sewn very well. I like the little hidden pocket in the trash can. The side pockets really hold up when you put something in so nothing sags or falls out. These are very good quality yoga pants, probably the best I've ever had. The belt gives you extra control over your tummy without rolling or pinching you, they are amazing.
