Opposites do NOT attract

Well, I have a question rather than a review. I already had metal collar holders so I just bought magnets from Wurkin Stiffs. They didn't work together so I bought a selection of corsets from Wurkin Stiffs. I just received them today and the magnets and frames are not attracting. General. The diagram on the magnet box looks like there is a magnet in the collar hole and then an arrow pointing to the magnet in the shirt. The magnets act on each other, but not on the frames. any advice?
