Lightweight Material. I ordered Large because I didn't want it to snag and wanted to wear a swim top underneath. The rashguard shirt sits well in the back, with a small crease in the forearms in the front. But since I plan to only wear it when I go to the pool/sea it should be fine. I'm 5.4, 140 pounds (athletic build) and I usually buy medium sized tops. But it might be a good idea to increase the size if you don't want it clinging to your body.
