The ability for me as an owner/operator of my lien business with one platform was so much easier than having 5 different systems in place before I had this system! There are still some functions which could be improved but overall it's great!! Very affordable price point too compared against other competitors out there like ours at $90 per month or less you cannot beat them when considering all their benefits they have included into our package along side ease-of use etc -.- not sure if any cons about ULS however we've been ableto incorporate most everything including live GPS tracking using Uber integration through 3rd party suppliers who do similar work without issues (our supplier has also integrated directly onto uls). So far very satisfied customer experience working only 1 hour after implementation then waiting 20 minutes until support contact gets back up again due lack off specialists available 24x The best thing about unified livery system is the customer service. Their support team are always available and willing to help you with your queries and there easy-to-use dashboard makes it easier than ever for us to manage our fleet of vehicles. Nothing in particular, just a good package that covers all my needs as an operator. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who requires their fleet management system. We have been using unified livery systems for almost 6 years now.
