Literally cool good for USB Gadgets

Charges like air outlet to 100% within an hour (not paying attention☹️). Each fan has its own controller and can be detached for use as a separate handheld fan. Together on the collar is heavy. The fan heads rotate well for good coverage. 3 speed plus!
