Initially, these counterfeit Sonicare brush heads work just as well as the real thing. Unfortunately, they are not made of materials that can withstand ultra-high frequencies twice a day. the plastic starts to vibrate loudly after a few weeks of use and it becomes apparent that the brush head is not as tight as it was at the beginning. this happens even with original sonicare tips, but it usually happens when they are overused or left on the handle for 4-6 months. yes, they are cheap, and "yes, they are cheap". Good for a few weeks, then you have to throw them.
