Very easy to use. Quickly find what I am looking for. Great customer service. The reports are not very helpful. The reports do not show the person who performed an action. They only show the action. So, if a manager has to view a report but there are many people who performed the action, they do not know who performed the action. The reports show the date and time that the action was taken. but not the person who performed the action. I would like to see the person who performed the action. Sometimes the reports show that a person is the action but when you click on the name, it shows that another person performed the action. I would like to see the name of the person who performed the action. Instead of, "Action was performed by John Doe." I would like to see "Action was performed by Jane Doe." The team at coliboo really understand what an integrated HR platform should be like, they have been working with us for over 2 years now so we know their capabilities very well! They do not just work in the office but also out of hours when needed - this has proved invaluable (and appreciated!) during our Covid-19 crisis period where it was vital to keep people up & running around the country supporting colleagues who were self isolating or had symptoms themselves.
