These shoes have excellent grip on the sole, which is good and bad. Good: You leave great tracks after jumping in mud puddles. Good: You don't slip or fall in muddy puddles. Bad: A lot of dirt from muddy puddles gets into the house. The bottom of the sole is firm, but the inside feels more foamy (I'm not a shoe expert), making your step soft and springy, at least while the shoes are new. This also makes the shoes very light. This is good if you take them with you in a sports bag, for example. The upper part of the sneaker is made of mesh, so it doesn't warm your feet on a cold day, but it also doesn't get moldy because the air circulates perfectly. Overall, this shoe is nice and comfortable to wear and look at. Another benefit is the traditional laces that help adjust the width of the shoe. The laces are tightened and tied. That's a plus for some, but not for those who don't already know how to tie shoelaces or prefer loafers.
