Broke in less than two months - Dell does not claim warranty - Revain does not claim returns
Purchased at the end of April. Now it's broken - according to Dell, a new pickup roller is needed. However, the printer is not covered by the Dell warranty. A two month old printer sold through Revain (manufactured by Revain) is too old to be covered under warranty and as of May 29th Revain considers it non-returnable. That is not right.
