The best thing about Speed Commerce is that it has helped me solve different problems and also gave great support as well. It has been working with us for more than 2 years now and we have never felt like there was something missing or anything to complain about. They are always open to feedback and suggestions but they do not make any changes in their software without our approval. I like how they are flexible and easy to work with. We really appreciate the way they help us get things done. There really isn't anything at this point I dislike. If you need a good eCommerce platform, then definitely look into Speed Commerce. As mentioned before, they have helped us get things done in a timely manner and the customer service they provide is amazing.
